  • 2 tablespoons honey (preferably wildflower or acacia)
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, lightly toasted and roughly chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional, for garnish)
  • 2 shots of freshly brewed espresso
  • Optional: A sprinkle of sea salt for contrast

    • Divide the ricotta cheese between two serving bowls or plates.
    • Drizzle 1 tablespoon of honey over each portion of ricotta.
