  • 2 tablespoons honey (wildflower or acacia honey works well)
  • 2 tablespoons sliced almonds, lightly toasted
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional, for garnish)
  • A pinch of sea salt (optional, for contrast)

1. Prepare the Ricotta

  • Divide the ricotta cheese between two small bowls or plates, spreading it slightly for presentation.

2. Toast the Almonds

  • Heat a dry skillet over medium heat and add the sliced almonds. Toast for 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently, until golden and fragrant. Remove from the heat and let cool.

3. Drizzle the Honey

  • Drizzle 1 tablespoon of honey over each portion of ricotta.

4. Add the Almonds

  • Sprinkle the toasted almonds evenly over the ricotta.

5. Garnish and Serve

  • Optionally, dust with a pinch of cinnamon and sea salt for added depth of flavor. Serve immediately.
