2. Toast the Almonds
- Heat a dry skillet over medium heat and add the sliced almonds. Toast for 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently, until golden and fragrant. Remove from the heat and let cool.
3. Drizzle the Honey
- Drizzle 1 tablespoon of honey over each portion of ricotta.
4. Add the Almonds
- Sprinkle the toasted almonds evenly over the ricotta.
5. Garnish and Serve
- Optionally, dust with a pinch of cinnamon and sea salt for added depth of flavor. Serve immediately.
